Effective Date: 1st January 2025
Jurisdiction: United Kingdom (England & Wales)
These Terms of Service govern your use of Fast ITIN, a trading name of Verion Systems LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17247774, registered office 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU). Fast ITIN introduces clients to IRS-authorised Certified Acceptance Agents (CAAs) and coordinates the ITIN application process. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Fast ITIN:
All identity verification and document processing are performed exclusively by our partnered CAA in line with IRS requirements for Certified Acceptance Agents.
No refunds are provided after identity verification is completed. This includes situations where the application contains errors or the client chooses not to proceed.
Starting your case and cancellation: By paying for our service, you expressly ask us to start work immediately. Our first step is to engage and pay a Certified Acceptance Agent (CAA) on your behalf. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you may cancel within 14 days, but you agree to pay for services provided up to the date you cancel. Because the CAA fee is paid to a third party as soon as we take on your case, it is non-refundable once paid, together with any work already completed. If you cancel before we have engaged the CAA, you will receive a full refund. Once your identity has been verified and your application prepared, the service is fully performed and you can no longer cancel.
Fast ITIN works in collaboration with Certified Acceptance Agents. We are not responsible for their actions, omissions, or performance. Our role is strictly coordination, intake, and support.
You are responsible for:
We are not liable for issues arising from your input, delay, or miscommunication.
We are not liable for:
Fast ITIN's liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the service (if refundable).
These terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom (England & Wales). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
