Fast ITIN is a trading name of Verion Systems LTD, a private company registered in England and Wales (company number 17247774, registered office 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU), and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the IRS, the U.S. Department of the Treasury, or any other governmental agency.
Fast ITIN is not a Certified Acceptance Agent. All document verification and IRS filings are handled by independently authorised CAAs with whom we partner.
To coordinate your application, Fast ITIN collects the documents needed for it (for example, a copy of your passport) and shares them only with the Certified Acceptance Agent handling your case. We keep them only for as long as needed for your application and our legal obligations.
Fast ITIN does not guarantee approval or processing speed. ITIN outcomes are solely determined by the IRS.
ITIN issuance is at the discretion of the IRS. Fast ITIN does not guarantee success or timeline of the application and shall not be held liable for rejections or delays.
We are not responsible for the actions, performance, or errors of third-party Certified Acceptance Agents. However, we conduct due diligence to ensure we work only with reputable, IRS-authorised providers.
Once we have engaged and paid the Certified Acceptance Agent on your behalf, fees are non-refundable. See section 3 of our Terms of Service.
